We require all our users to provide basic information in order to issue invoices, receive payments, process refunds and deliver / collect your orders. We do not physically store or duplicate information provided by guests onto any other software or database. We strive to protect any information provided by you by following best acceptable business practices against theft or loss of information.

Members Area -
By logging into the Members area of our website, through either Google or Facebook, you are adhering to the policies of these platforms which are available on their respective websites, in relation to the storage and use of your personal information. Whisk Patisserie is indemnified against any information breach that has been made through these applications, if any.

Payment Gateways -
We have partnered with RazorPay to accept all payments and process refunds. At the time of check-out, you are re-directed to RazorPay's payment gateway where you are required to provide your personal and financial information. You are therefore adhering to RazorPay's own policy, in relation to the storage and use of your personal and financial information, which is available on their website. Whisk Patisserie does not have access to, share, disseminate or transfer any of this information to third-party agencies or businesses. We are indemnified against any information breach that has been made through RazorPay's platform, if any.
cancellations and refunds
When can I cancel an order ?
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them as we take it into production after.
If an order is cancelled within the 2 hour window from ordering, you will receive an e-mail confirmation for the same or via SMS / WhatsApp as an acknowledgement.
When can I expect my refund once the order is cancelled?
Once you receive an acknowledgement for a cancelled order from us, it may take 5-7 business days for your money to reflect in your bank account. For any queries regarding your refund status, you can e-mail us at info@whiskbykeya.in.
Please provide your Order ID and Name in the e-mail.
How to cancel an order ?
To cancel an order within the 2 hour window, you can either call us on the number provided in your Invoice or drop us a SMS / WhatsApp message.

If you call us or SMS / WhatsApp us in time, then please provide your Order ID along with Name for processing the cancellation properly.
Is there any hidden fee involved with a refund?
Not at all. You receive a 100% refund for your Order once it is cancelled, or 100% of the amount charged for single or multiple items to be cancelled on an entire Order.
There are no hidden fees involved in this process.
